No. A1P1C Date : 18.02.2013 RECRUITMENT OF ENGINEERS – VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
In web notification dated 15.09.2011 applications were invited through online for recruitment of Assistant Engineers in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Junior Engineers in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical. The Written Test was conducted on 27.11.2011 in 32 different college centers in Bangalore. The select list of candidates for all the posts were published in the KPCL web site on 8.08.2012 and also notified in the Newspaper. In furtherance of the second stage of recruitment process, the following candidates have been directed to attend the KPCL Office on 1.03.2013 & 2.03.2013 during the office hours from 9.30 AM to 5 PM along with the original documents for verification.
The above listed candidates are required to produce the following original documents for verification along with one set of photocopies, wherever applicable. a) University Degree Certificate / Institute Certificate (for AMIE)/Diploma Certificate;
b) SSLC Marks card or the Marks card of equivalent qualification in support of age;
c) Marks cards of all examinations (all years / all semesters) of BE/AMIE/Diploma;
d) Caste certificate as prescribed in GO No. SWD 132 SAD 97(1) dated 8.2.2000; (for claiming reservation under SC/ST/Backward classes)
e) Rural certificate as prescribed in the GOs No. DPAR 08 SRR 2001 dated 13.2.2001 and GO No. DPAR 96 SRR 2005 dated 10.8.2005: (for claiming rural quota under horizontal reservation)
Candidates claiming reservation under rural quota should have studied from 1st to 10th Standard in rural areas. The Rural Study Certificate should be in the format prescribed in GO as mentioned in (e) above, duly attested by the Head Master of the School and countersigned by the concerned BEO.
f) Certificate for having studied in Kannada Medium from 1st standard to 10th standard as prescribed in Govt. Notification No. DPAR 71 GPR 2001 dated 24.10.2002, where claim is made for reservation under ‘Kannada Medium’ category.
g) The acknowledgement downloaded at the time of on-line submission of application. Candidates, who fail to produce the above mentioned documents within the specified dates, shall lose their claim to be considered for further process of recruitment. The management would disqualify such candidates and will not entertain for any further correspondence.
